How do I choose the right plan?
Consider the size of your contact list, the volume of emails you send monthly, and the features you need. The Free plan is great for getting started, Basic offers more capabilities for growing businesses, and Pro provides advanced features for established organizations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my contact or email limits?
You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits. If you exceed them, you can either upgrade your plan or we'll temporarily pause new contacts/emails until the next billing cycle. Your existing data remains accessible.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts required. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans provide a 20% discount but are paid upfront for the year.
