Navigating the Dashboard

The Axiom dashboard is your command center for managing leads, tracking emails, and monitoring performance metrics. This guide will help you understand the layout and functionality to maximize your productivity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find four essential metrics that provide a snapshot of your business performance.

Recent Leads Section

View your newest contacts with easy access to their details. Each lead entry displays their name, email address, date added, and quick access to actions like editing or contacting them.

Recent Emails Section

Track your latest email communications, including sender/recipient information, subject lines, and timestamps. Quickly compose new emails with the "Compose" button.

Email Performance Metrics

Monitor key email statistics including open rates, click rates, and unsubscribe rates to gauge the effectiveness of your email campaigns.

Pro Tip: Use keyboard shortcuts to navigate your dashboard more efficiently. Press Cmd + A to add a new lead, Cmd + C to compose a new email, and Cmd + R to refresh your dashboard.

Key Dashboard Actions

Adding New Leads

Click the "+ Add Lead" button in the Recent Leads section to quickly create new contacts. Fill in the required information and save to add them to your database.

Composing Emails

Click the "Compose" button in the Recent Emails section to create a new message. Select a recipient, choose a template or create a custom message, then schedule or send your email.

Viewing All Data

Each dashboard section includes a "View All" link that takes you to a comprehensive page for that category. This gives you access to the complete set of leads, emails, or campaign data.

Monitoring Performance

Track email campaign effectiveness with Open Rate, Click Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate metrics. Use the dropdown menu to adjust the time period for more relevant insights.

Important: Your dashboard metrics will update based on your subscription limits. If you approach your usage limits for leads, emails, or templates, you'll see notifications prompting you to upgrade your plan.

Connect Your Email Account

To send emails through Axiom, you'll need to connect your email account first. We support two primary methods:

  • Google OAuth: The quickest and most secure method for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. Click "Connect Email" in your profile settings and follow the Google authentication prompts.
  • Custom SMTP Server: For AWS-hosted emails or other providers, enter your SMTP server details including server address, port, username, and password in the Email Settings page.
